PHB's customer service organization includes Account Managers whose responsibility is to ensure that objectives and goals are met. From engineering assistance to order adjustments, metal purchase agreements and tooling maintenance programs the Account Managers will meet your requirements. Each customer is assigned an Account Manager to provide a central point of contact within PHB. The Account Manager is familiar with your company's needs and requirements and can mobilize all of PHB's resources to provide quick response.

When it comes to new business opportunities, PHB has direct Corporate Sales Engineers as well as manufacturers' representatives that cover the U.S. and multinational companies offshore. They are the point of contact to bring together the diverse manufacturing capabilities and engineering resources to make your product the highest performing, lowest cost and fastest to market. We have established cross-functional service teams for all of our major customers. The purpose of each team is to review current business issues and needs and develop continuous improvement opportunities.

Each customer is also assigned a Customer Service Representative who will work with the Account Manager to assist you in quoting, lead times, pricing, order entry/status and expediting your orders. Our Electronic Data Input (EDI) capability links your order schedule to our production schedule and monitors the flow of products to maximize delivery performance and minimize inventories. Your ProE or IGES files can be sent to PHB by e-mail, FTP site or the internet.
